• Profile Data: Nickname, gender selection, and birthday (used to generate zodiac-related content).

• App-Generated Content: AI-generated text insights and images based on your inputs.

• Device Data: Device model, OS version, App version, and language settings.
• Usage Logs: Data such as feature interactions, timestamps, and streak records, which are stored locally unless required for troubleshooting or legal compliance.

2. How We Use Information

We process data to provide core features, generate AI insights, and maintain app security. Where required by applicable law, we process personal data based on your consent, to perform our contract with you, or for legitimate interests such as maintaining app functionality.

We do not sell personal data.

3. AI Service Processing

When you request AI content, relevant inputs are transmitted to third-party AI service providers. We do not retain AI request data on our own servers unless necessary for troubleshooting or legal compliance.

• Data is processed solely to fulfill your specific request.
• Third-party providers process data under their own privacy policies and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Your entries are not used to train public AI models.

4. Data Storage, Retention and Security

Local Storage: Most mood records and journal entries are stored locally on your device to ensure privacy. Data required for AI generation is transmitted only when a request is triggered.

Security: We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Retention: We do not retain personal data on our servers except where necessary for troubleshooting, legal compliance, or security purposes.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared only when you explicitly initiate sharing, with service providers necessary to provide AI functionality, or when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Device Permissions

• Photos: To save generated images.
• Network: To perform AI requests.

Permissions can be managed or revoked anytime in iOS Settings.

7. International Data Transfers

When using third-party AI infrastructure, data may be processed outside your country of residence. Reasonable safeguards are applied where required by law.

8. Children

Hiplay is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us for deletion.

9. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Because most data is stored locally, you can manage or delete records directly within the App.
