Welcome to Hiplay! By downloading, accessing, or using the Hiplay application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Hiplay is a personal tool for mood journaling, zodiac-inspired reflections, and AI-generated emotional insights. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Eligibility

By using Hiplay, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and they agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. AI-Generated Content & Professional Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Hiplay utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to generate content.

Accuracy: AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. We do not guarantee the correctness of any results.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Third-Party Services

Certain features of the App rely on third-party AI service providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of such features is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

6. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for your inputs. You agree not to use the App to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive, or to attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App’s technical security.

7. Intellectual Property

The App’s branding, design, code, and original content are owned by Muhamad Raya Saputra. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muhamad Raya Saputra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or if we believe you have violated these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiations shall be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia.
